Aachen Arkaden

Initiated and attended by AMW Projekte, Aachen once – we took over the project after the initial phase. TCN also took over the Achen Arkaden Real Estate enterprise and is responsible for the shopping center’s letting activities.

The center contains approximately 27,000 m² retail, restaurants and business space. Construction started in 2007. The shopping center opened in 2008.

The Euregio Maas/Rhein area has approximately 3.8 million inhabitants, which makes Aachen Arkaden a very attractive shopping location. The Trierer Straße is the eastern main traffic axis in Aachen. More than 30,000 cars per day cross by.
