Atoomclub, club for professionals

It’s a place where people can work in a professional environment and meet other Atoomclub members.
The Atoomclub contracts are very flexible. Members pay a fixed, low price, for which they can use all available facilities. Unlimited, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s possible to get a contract for a single desk starting from one month. Atoomclub members share the facilities the building has and are also allowed to use the facilities in other Atoomclubs.

History

Atoomclub Rotterdam is located in ‘de Spaanse Kubus’ (Spanish Cube) in Rotterdam. This building, situated in de ‘Spaanse Polder’ in Rotterdam, is a multi-use building of approximately 50,000 sqm, whose main function is to house datacenters and storage. The Atoomclub is located on the ground floor of the building. This space has been completely renovated and decorated to meet the current office standard.

Future

The Atoomclub concept has proven to be very successful, with Atoomclub Utrecht almost fully leased only one year after opening and Atoomclub Rotterdam open since February 2012.
TCN is planning to expand to other cities and regions in the near future.

Tenants

Most tenants in the Atoomclub are companies between two and ten employees, mostly in business services.
Atoomclub management
The Atoomclub has its own management organization. It takes care of the maintenance of the buildings, their surroundings and shared facilities, such as meeting rooms, and security.
