Eemsmond Building

The Eemsmond Building at the Duurswoldlaan in Farmsum (Delfzijl) was updated to current office standards in 2008. The building has stunning views over the city and Delfzijl harbor. The fallout shelter located under the building is ideal to use as storage or filing space. The common room includes amenities such as a pantry with dishwasher, water cooler and vending machine.

The premises can be leased for a period of 1, 3 or 5 years, offering maximum flexibility.

History
Built in 1969, the building was used by various government departments for many years. Make Team 4 architects were responsible for the new look of the building. With a timber frame as a base and a braided plastic facade a sustainable facade was constructed. The inside was completely gutted and fitted with a hull interior and new installations.
