History
The building was acquired to develop a creative hub for the many media and creative related companies in South London. The need was recognized for affordable space close to Central London, offering an inspiring environment, flexible occupancy and additional services.

The mix of artistic studios, nightclub, café and innovative tenant base will identify Piano House as a prime location within the industry. TCN repositioned the building by giving it a new identity and creating the appropriate work space and atmosphere.
Future
We have completed refurbishment, branding and letting, including the introduction of new uses such as a café. Planning is now being sought for a 15,000 sq ft (1,394 sqm) extension to include 8 residential units and a further floor of studio use.
