We completed the golf course and boating lake as part of the s106, which were subsequently sold to specialist operators. The remaining site, benefitting from this fantastic setting, is fully serviced and offers plots for leisure, retail, residential and employment uses.

Background

TCN designed and implemented the masterplan for this 285 acre mixed use development. The site has been master planned to include several functions including residential, retail, leisure, distribution, health and hotel. TCN have already developed a golf court and procured planning for the area.

The Waterfront development consists of three phases. Phase 1 comprises the development of the golf course, golf driving range, the first phase of housing and additional amenities such as the public house, hotel and food store. Phases 2 & 3 comprise the leisure/retail site and the employment site.
