Head office Bol.com, Utrecht

The former main office of Nuon was transformed by TCN in 2006. First into TCNs main office. It had a home-like environment in which encounters and interactions were central. “You can work at home” was the motto.Since 2010 this historical building has been the base for Bol.com. They still gratefully use the unique office concept.

TCN built a Japanese interior garden, a cafe in the main entrance, several living rooms, and made sure that no one had his or her own office but just his or her own desk. Keulsekade 189 was sold shortly after the redevelopment. TCN still takes care of leasing the building.
