It became and still is the leading platform for the home and furniture sector. In 1992 TCN was approached to develop a new purpose for a vacant almost 35,000 sm wholesale building In Nieuwegein. It became the Home Trade Center: the leading platform for the home and furniture sector. The new concept was realized and opened in a year. Three months later the entire Home Trade Center building was leased.

In professional and inspiring surroundings more than 225 brands show off their collections, trends, and novelties. TCN purchased the project 2 years after the new concept was opened. In 2002 TCN sold half. TCN still makes sure that the Home Trade Center keeps up with developments in its sector and that it remains the leading platform!
