The Food Spot is situated at ‘Wetering-Noord’, next to exit 6 (Maarssen, De Wetering) from the A2 highway between Amsterdam and Utrecht.

TCN acted as fee developer for an external client. All project management and commercial activities such as the leasing process were performed under TCN supervision.
Architect for the project was Verheijen – Smeets, Tegelen.
