TCN advises governments, housing corporations, property developers, property investors and users on various real estate issues. TCN's approach is aimed at value creation for real estate projects.

TCN makes the realization of the project possible. The plans we create allow ourselves and our partners to organize and develop projects.
 

Care

Developed property needs time to settle and prove its value for the owner, user, tenants and visitors. Our work doesn’t end when construction is completed. Long-term care of the buildings and urban area’s we have (re)developed is part of our core business.
